The Ballinger Women

Our mission is to disciple women; to love them, walk alongside them,
and encourage them to discover and walk out God’s one-of-a-kind plan for their life.

A native Texan, Beth was raised with three brothers. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a degree in music, minoring in business and has since worked as an Assistant for a consulting firm. When she isn’t making to-do lists or composing on the piano, she likes to make sure that everyone around her is well-fed (only organic, of course). She enjoys coaching and teaching people in their unique gifts and uplifting the next generation.

Beth came to know the Lord as a young girl. At age 12, He began putting songs in her heart and, in 2013, her original songs were published on her church’s Christmas album. Through years of serving in various areas in the church, the Lord has refined in her a desire to minister specifically to women. Beth’s heart is for women to encounter the Father’s love.

Brenda was born in Lubbock, Texas (and has the accent to prove it). She graduated from Texas Tech University, where she met her husband, Fred. She enjoys interior design, lives a gluten-free lifestyle, and never leaves the house without her red lipstick and earrings. She and her husband have four beautiful children and two grandchildren, who are her greatest blessings.

Brenda married her college sweetheart, Fred, just before completing her degree in Home Economics. Soon after, she began her career and started her family. The following years included interior decorating and leading Bible studies, during which time God really set a fire in her heart for ministry. She is currently a pastor on staff at a local church, where she has had the honor to help develop their women’s ministry. Brenda loves spending time with her beloved ladies and those who know her best chuckle when they find that her voicemail is full yet again. Brenda’s heart is for women to discover and step into their divine destiny.

Kait grew up in Fort Worth, TX alongside four (yes, four) brothers. She was homeschooled and, post-graduation, started working for a local ministry. Shortly after, she signed with a modeling agency and began modeling internationally. She is married to the man of her dreams, since May of 2013, who she affectionately calls “Big Lion.” When she isn’t camping or doing yoga with him, she loves to find and draw out the beauty around her through thrifting, gardening, and mentoring.

After coming from a challenging childhood and experiencing certain realities of the fashion industry firsthand, Kait saw the great need for women to receive healing from their past, and hope, through Jesus, for their future. She grew up attending church, but really began her intimate relationship with the Lord in 2011. God opened doors and she became a youth leader. She has had the privilege to share her story via women’s conferences, social media and other organizations. Kait’s heart is for women to live victoriously.
